The Needs of Workers in the Winter

La promotora Rosie Castro ha estado involucrada con la región Norte 3, interactuando con trabajadores individualmente o en pequeños grupos en persona en el lugar de trabajo o en una granja y a veces también en persona en sus sitios de vivienda. Esta narración se enfoca en las necesidades materiales que los trabajadores necesitan para el invierno del 2022. Algunos de los trabajadores necesitaban ropa de invierno, cobija, calentones, cajas de comida y productos de carne si era posible. Al interactuar con ellos, Rosie notaba que los trabajadores estaban muy ocupados para hablar y dejarle saber que necesitaban. Aunque estaban ocupados Rosie pudo ayudar a 4 mexicanos. Y aunque ellos no tenían tiempo de hablar mucho le dijeron que estaban muy agradecidos por lo que hacían para ayudarlos.

The promotora Rosie Castro has been involved with North 3 region in Colorado, interacting with workers individually or in small groups in person at the place they worked at which could be a farm and sometimes in the persons home. This narrative focuses on the material needs that the agricultural workers needed during the Winter of 2022. Some of the workers needed clothing for the winter, blankets, heaters, food boxes, and meat products if it were possible. When interacting with the workers Rosie noted that the workers were too busy to talk and let her know what they needed. Even though they were busy, Rosie was able to help 4 Mexicans. Even though they did not have time to talk much they told her that they were very grateful for what they did to help them.
