Es un trabajo duro, tempranito desde las 6 de la mañana hasta las 3 de la tarde. La producción tiene que estar lista para las 2 de la tarde por eso siempre tienen que trabajar a paso rapido. No les págan el tiempo extra. Ellos tienen que trabajar en dias festivos y no les dan bonos.

Cuando uno trabaja en la agricultura anda en la interferie, no importa si esta frio o caliente siempre tiene que trabajar. Es un trabajo que no todas las personas lo quiere hacer por la simple razon del clima. Aparte de que es un trabajo duro, también no es muy bien pagado.

La necesidad es lo que nos trae a trabajar a todos aquí. A Colorado por un familiar.

Que mejoren con las prestaciones, el salario, la salud y lo que fuera para los granjeros y las personas que trabajan en la agricultura, porque son los que llevan la comida a la mesa de todo el país.

It is a hard job, we work early from 6am to 3pm. Production must be ready by 2pm, this is why we have to work at a fast pace. They do not pay overtime. The workers have to work on holidays, and they are not given a bonus. 

When you work in agriculture, it does not matter if it is cold or hot, you always have to work. It is a job that not everyone wants because of the weather conditions. Apart from the fact that it is a hard job, it is also not well paid.
