[Trabajador] Bueno la jornada laboral empieza todos los días a las a las 4:30 de la mañana. Para eso hay que levantarse 1 hora antes y prepararse para tomar camino al trabajo.

[Trabajador] Yo trabajo en una engorda de ganado en el área del molino. Necesitamos tener todo listo desde las 4:30AM para que ella haya comida hecha, para que los demás departamentos empiecen a trabajar.

[Trabajador] Básicamente yo estoy haciendo comida para el ganado, dándole mantenimiento al molino y diferentes actividades, todo lo que se vaya presentando.

[Trabajador] De limpieza hasta compostura de los aparatos, ya sea mecánica, eléctrico, soldadura, todos los trabajos que se necesitan hacer ahí para que todo para que todo el molino trabaje. Para que todo funcione bien.

[Trabajador] No hay hora de salida. Es dependiendo de cuánto animales haya, de que si no hubo ningún problema durante el día con los demás departamentos o con nosotros también. Si todo sale bien, si bien va para las 2 – 3pm de la tarde ya estamos, ya estamos desocupándonos.

[Trabajador] Pero si hay algún problema no tenemos hora, hasta que se componga y todo quede listo para, para volver a hacer comida el siguiente día.

[Trabajador] En este trabajo, yo llegué en agosto del 2018. Tengo 2 años - 2 años y medio trabajando en este lugar. Eh estado trabajando en el área del molino, ahí donde yo trabajo es pues la roladora y el sistema de mixteado del alimento y el elevador.

[Trabajador] Son 3 áreas ahí donde hemos estado trabajando. Se ha dado la oportunidad de aprender un poco de todo.

[Trabajador] Las cosas que hacen, que hacen que este trabajo sea un poco más difícil es más que nada, la cuestión climatológica. La cuestión climatológica ya que nosotros empezamos a trabajar a las 4:30 de la mañana y pues sabemos que esa hora es cuando más frío está haciendo.

[Trabajador] Entonces muchas veces se nos congelan los aparatos no quieren, no quieren empezar a trabajar en la mañana. Entonces al ser un trabajo que se hace a la intemperie pues está un poco complicado.

[Trabajador] En cuestión de lo del dinero que me pagan para hacer mi trabajo, pienso yo que está bien para el tiempo que tengo. Obviamente a todos nos gustaría ganar más dinero. No es salario yo gano por hora. Entonces, obviamente todos queremos tener más horas de trabajo para que nos vaya mejor. Pero en general pienso que está bien para el poco tiempo que tengo desempeñando este trabajo.

[Trabajador] Gracias a Dios, no hay necesidades grandes que podamos tener, verdad. Aquí lo más pesado es, yo pienso que, es estar lejos de la familia. En mi caso, para todos los que vivimos aquí, gracias a Dios, yo tuve la oportunidad de irme a trabajar para acá con mi esposa y mis hijos.
