Bien, la hora de entrada varia, depende mucho de la estación del año, por ejemplo ahora estamos entrando o registrando la entrada a las 5:45am. Nuestro trabajo se dirige a todo lo relacionado con salud animal, esto quiere decir, revisamos los animales enfermos y sacándolos para la curación, También desempeñamos actividades relacionadas a checar corrales que no se curación los animales, que estén en su corral adecuado.  La jornada laboral puede variar, hay díasque no hay muchas actividades por hacer y hay DIAS Donde hay demasiadas por hacer. Regular mente salimos entre 4-5pm 

Esto es un tema muy difícil de tomar. Pero sinceramente creo que Podemos ser mejor pagados. Desconozco el motive por el cual no es mejor pagado nuestros trabajo pero creo que pudiéramos ganar mejor. Sin afectar la economía de la compañía.  

Como ya comente en la pregunta anterior. El pago es muy importante en este y en todos los trabajos. Si nosotros quisiéramos rehacer nuestras vidas aquí con el sueldo que témenos ahora, no es suficiente, no se puede. Renta de casa, servicios, Comida, Seguro carro, Seguros médicos, etc. es mucho y no es suficiente. Pienso que con mejores salaries viviríamos mejor, y le echaríamos muchas más ganas al trabajo.  

Cosas no creo, siento que el clima es el que puede afectar un poco a la realización de mi trabajo al 100% por que los climas son extremos. Si hay nieve hay que revisar corrales. Si hay Lluvia igual, si hay mucho calor, viento etc. Los corrales se tienen que revisar sea cual sea el clima.  

Las cuestiones de mejorar el trabajo realmente es difícil. Los jefes no pueden hacer mucho, puesto que nuestra visión es 100% es trabajar afuera en los corrales, desde que llegas hasta que sales. 

Estaria bien que los jefes conocieran las necesidades y los sentimientos de sus empleados. Que se preocupa ran un poco mas por sus intereses personales de cada uno de sus empleados.

Pueden usar mi nombre , mientras no me metan en ningun problema en mi trabajo.

This is a topic hard to talk about. To be sincere, I think we can be better paid. I do not know why we are not better paid, but I believe we can be paid more. Without impacting the company. 

Like I commented regarding the question above, pay is important in this job and in others. If we would like to sustain our lives with this salary that we currently have, it is not enough, and you cant. Rent, services, food, car insurance, medical insurance, etc. it comes to a lot and we do not have enough. I think with better salaries we would live better, and we would work harder. 

I think that the weather is what can impact me doing my job at a 100%, because the weather can be extreme. If there is snow, we have to check the corals, if there is rain, if it is really hot, wind, etc. The corals have to be checked, no matter the weather. 

The question of how to better working conditions is hard, I do not think that the boss can do much, since our job is to be outside working in the corals, 100% of the time, from when we get there until we get out. 

It would be good for the bosses to know the needs and the feelings of their employees. For them to worry a bit more about the personal needs of each of their employees.
